Meet Linda Toth

The founder of RCE Services, Linda Toth has nearly 20 years’ experience in risk management and compliance and ethics programs. A business-focused change leader, Linda has the ability to take on ambiguous situations, devise strategies for them and then execute on those strategies to bring value to the business.

As a Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP), Linda brings a unique perspective to risk management and compliance because of her broad business experience – in areas like process improvement, information technology, logistics and supply chain systems, and corporate communications. This diverse background helps her understand how risk manage-ment and compliance need to work within the overall operation of an organization and the importance of engaging employees to create a total and truly effective risk management and compliance program.

With the establishment of RCE Services, Linda has brought her experience with large, global companies to smaller companies that don’t have their own risk management or compliance departments. She has hands-on experience working with employees at all levels of large organizations – from the front lines to the C-Suite and board of directors – but also understands the unique needs of smaller businesses where owners and managers need to wear many hats and operate on smaller budgets.

Before starting RCE Services, Linda held a variety of roles in global companies, including developing and managing global compliance and ethics programs. In those roles she was responsible for compliance and ethics capabilities that supported both business development and risk management, protected the company’s employees, assets and reputational interests, and fostered a climate of self-governance. During her time in process improvement, she earned her Six Sigma Black Belt certification.

Linda is also a business mentor for SCORE, the nation’s largest network of volunteer experts who help small business owners, entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations develop and realize their goals.

“There’s more to risk management and compliance than the legal aspect. You also need the help of someone with business management skills to set strategies, create and operationalize plans, and manage the ongoing programs you’ve  put in place.”
